Where are classes held?
Within San Diego County, Hiva Kātoa’s studio is located at the Grossmont Center Mall in La Mesa, CA, which is conveniently off the 8, 125, & 94 freeways.
If you’re a parent and need to get shopping done, you can do so while your child is at dance practice. If you need a bite to eat before or after class, you have so many restaurants to choose from. There’s so much to do when you visit the studio!
Class Descriptions
Each class is named after an important aspect of Polynesian navigation. At Hiva Kātoa, we believe our journey in dance parallels the journey of our Polynesian ancestors who traveled the vast oceans of the Pacific.
Hiva Kātoa welcomes students from all ages and skill level. Classes are held once a week, four times per month.
